    If you were actually not a shill for the company I'd be annoyed with you.As a customer who has subscribed since the beginning and am a 'BLOCKBUSTER Total Access Premium' member.
    I no longer receive 3 movies at a time,the envelopes I return in-store now count as 'shipped' movies,and they send the movies out within 5 or 6 days now not 1 or 2.
    Not a big to you I'm sure but, I'm paying $39.95 a month and getting half of the services taking twice the time.

    I was going to switch to NetFlix but whats the point?
    Blockbuster bought them.
    I'm canceling my account and upping my cable service.
