Called BookHive, it is a site that is sponsored by Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenberg County. The site is divided into subject areas such as adventure, biographies, classics, mystery, fantasy, and folklore, among others. There is a search engine for the review database, as well as a tool that allows you to narrow a review category to a specific age level, such as preschool or toddler. There is a wide range subject matter here, but all are worth reading. The reviews all include book length, publisher, and appropriate age level.

There is something for everyone at this site. From "Old Yeller" to "Aunt Eater's Mystery Vacation", the perfect summer afternoon is just waiting to be found here.
