    Without a doubt, the Bowflex machine is good. In fact, ANY resistance training machine will help you gain lean muscle mass. But resistance training is only 1/3 of what's needed to get in great shape. IMO, you need exercise (resistance and aerobic), nutrition and supplementation.

    But the Bowflex or any other kind of home-gym is a great start!
