Some of the greatest cartoon figures to hit the silver screen (and the smaller television screen) have all come from the mind of one man. His name is Chuck Jones, and today's Family First Site looks at his career and some of his creations.

An animator since 1936, he was an integral part of the Warner Brothers studios until it was closed in 1962. He has given countless hours to the advancement of the art of animation, and along the way has worked on and with such characters as Elmer Fudd, Marvin Martian, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn, the list goes on and on. He is even responsible for giving life to the Grinch who stole Christmas. He has received four academy awards, and many other honors, which are described here.
