Dog Problems

We recently had an addition to our household. No, not the two legged kind, but a four legged ball of fire named Beau. He is a minature poodle that I gave my wife for her birthday. Since she has allergies, our choices were somewhat limited. But he has made himself a member of our family. He is usually a well behaved puppy, he was housebroken when we got him. His worst habbits are looking out the windows and barking at anything that goes by the house. On the whole, he is a well-mannered dog, and he responds well to our commands. But there are dogs I have seen that are not so well mannered, or are just down-right obnoxious. If you have a dog like that, or know someone who does, then today's Family First Site may have some answers for you.

The site is called Secrets of a Professional Dog Trainer, which is same name as the book that is sold by the site author, Adam Katz. Here he shares the secrets that he has learned from his years of working with man's best friends. It is estimated that 93% of all "professional" dog trainers don't really know what they're doing. And the other 7% charge hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Here's how you can save yourself time and money, not to mention sparing your dog lots of stress.

The site is full of testimonials from actual users of his books and tapes, not actors or recreated scenes. His program is designed to work on any breed of dog, from huskies to rottweilers to pit bulls. His slogan is "We Can Train Any Dog". The program uses no violence, no hitting, no abuse. Through the use of motivational praise and timed corrections, you start building your dog's confidence, and they will start to respond accordingly. You can order this program either via download, or through the US Mail.

We are fortunate that our dog Beau is a well mannered young dog. But if yours isn't, or your neighbor's isn't, then it maybe worth looking this site over. It can't hurt, and in the end, your dog may thank you.

    Hi:

Owning a crazy dog of any kind can be a big problem. I have found a great training program to prevent problems in the first place, check out www.puppywishes.com and learn more. And, good luck with your dogs.

I have a chow mix who is 5 months old and for the most part is a great dog, that is until my wife comes home from work at which time he turns into the dog from hell, he loves my wife but goes crazy when he see's her, he jumps up on her and I and nips at both of us and thinks we are playing with him, which we are not. HELP
