dontclick.it

Can you visit a website without clicking?

It's not easy. If you don't believe me, check out today's FamilyFirst pick: dontclick.it.

Clicking is second nature to us now, but it wasn't always so. My first experience with personal computers took place in the late 80's, and the interface was strictly navigated by using the arrow keys.

According to the site's historical timeline, it was Steve Jobs in 1984 with the release of the Macintosh who t8urned the world onto clicking.

Interestingly, the timeline also mentions the Apple Lisa. I have used one of those!

Anyhow, you can navigate throughout the site without clicking. If you forget, you will be "gently" reminded that such behavior is unnecessary.

It's fascinating fun. Enjoy a click-free world.
