Called The Guinness Book of Records, this is a site that represents an organization that for years has recorded events and stunts from all over the world. The desire of human beings to be the fastest, or tallest, or have that smallest or largest of an item are the bread and butter of this group. At this site, you can find out about the latest record setting attempts and in what categories, search for existing records, find out the schedule of their television show, and suggest ideas for new categories or records.
This site is really interesting, one that you can spend an hour or two and be thoroughly entertained. By the way, the longest song title is a 1946 song by Hoagy Carmichael called "I'm a Cranky Old Yank in a Clanky Old Tank on the Streets of Yokohama with my Honolulu Mama Doing Those Beat-o, Beat-o, Flat on my Seat-o Hirohito Blues". My mother gave birth to 4 sets of twins, she is the only woman in my country to have done this amd I have not heard any one else in the world, It maybe be there but I haven't heard about it. my daughter baby Manjunageshwari is studying in pre-primary in lkg aged 4years. she is doing some programmes in computers. Power point, painting, drawing for children, photoshop, photoscanning, virus scanning, printing, powerdvd, Nero burning, vcd cutter and internet.
she plays the following games on computer Project IGI, Tarzan, Tobi on panicway, bow and arrow, spiderman, wonderland, dx balls, beach head, hod, Roadrash, Need for speed IISE, Need for speed hot pursuit etc., she is recognised as a child intelligent by print media and electronic media. The Eenadu telugu daily published her name with photograph on 24th february 2007. The coal belt citi cable news telecasted her as child intelligent on 1st January 2007 and Zee TV Telugu on 8th february 2007.
I wish to record her name in guinness book of world records as a child intelligent in computers.

Dear sir /madam,
Patient Rajeshree unmarried, 44 years, Opd no- 6741,Ipd ,
no- 5469 presented to outpatient department of lokmanya tilak municipal
medical college and general hospital ,Sion, Mumbai -22, India.
She was diagnosed to have huge fibroid uterus approximately 32 weeks
size mass. Patient had decided to stay unmarried and unchild bearing.
hence the decision was made to remove the fibroid along with uterus
and the cervix.
A unique technique and approach "Minilap pelvic surgery" was
adopted on 4th Feb '08 to remove the massive fibroid with the uterus
the cervix .A sub umbilical abdominal vertical incision of 7cms was
made and around 32 weeks size fibroid uterus was removed in
piecemeal (manual morcellation) which weighed 2850 gms. The
time required for surgery was 90 minutes .Post operative recovery
is uneventful till date.
This case is unique in the literature so far for its minimum length
of incision i.e 7 cms and weight of the fibroid uterus mass(2850gms)
removed through such a small incision . Such a approach with minilap
incision has many distinct advantages like minimal invasiveness ,rapid
post operative recovery ,cost effectivity etc. over traditional
conventional method and laparoscopic method.
The entire case with operative details are in a documented form
(Video clippings, photographs, sonography etc.)

it in the record if the case satisfies the criteria laid there upon.
