Harry Potter: The Movie
November 10, 2001
Today we visit the official site for the Harry Potter movie, named after the first book in the series, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (or Philosopher's Stone, depending on which side of the ocean you are on).
This is a wonderful site that uses all the latest Internet technology to present what the film and Harry's world is all about. There is a section where you can enroll in the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a place to practice your wizardry skills, send an email postcard, and Diagon Alley, where you can find all sorts of supplies for your wizarding needs.
This site is an excellent companion site to both the books and the movie. It is neat seeing the words jump off the pages and become real. Enjoy this site, and then the movie. Come back tomorrow for another Harry site.
