Icon War

Microsoft Windows XP is a VERY dangerous operating system.

No, I'm not talking about crashes, worms, viruses, or DDOS attacks.

I'm talking about the seemingly peaceful XP desktop, which, by default, is a peaceful lea where acts of warfare would be as far from one's mind as the thought of such a beautiful place locking up due to program errors.

But the edenic location could quite easily erupt into warfare at a moment's notice, particularly if the icons are labeled in Japanese.

Today's FamilyFirst pick is a little good old-fashioned fun in the form of a Flash movie showing what might happen if your desktop icons were to go to war.

It all starts when that pesky MSN icon picks a fight with the ICQ shortcut. Everything goes severely downhill from there.

It's nice, lightweight fun. Enjoy.
