Kel's Page

The youth of today are becoming more sophisticated at a younger age than my generation ever thought of. They are dealing with far more complex life situations, and technological advances that were only science fiction just a few years ago. That is why I like to share the web pages the younger generation that show off not only their talent, but their values that reflect the concept of World Village.

Today's Family Site is called Kel's Page, and is an insight into the mind of a teenager. Here is someone who has chosen to show pictures of her growing up, as well as pictures of her friends. There are some interesting links to what teens consider rad, or cool. These include the film Titanic, Leo DeCaprio, Prince William, Romeo and Juliet, and even Ralph Wiggum. There is an interesting poem, reflecting what some of the youth of today are thinking about.

Sites such as this one show that our next generation is receiving the education they need to develop skills to survive. Now if they could just learn to clean their rooms...
