Well, he's done it again.

Joel Comm, a.k.a. Mr. Adsense, has figured out another way to score big on the internet. He's come up with an idea that made him $35,000 in three days.

I wonder if it gets boring for him, coming up with one great moneymaking idea after another? ;-)

Today's FamilyFirst site explores Joel's latest brainstorm. It's called The Link Sizzler. It's all about an idea, and the software that was used to create the finished product.

A short time ago, we covered 500words.com. Its premise was that keywords were all over the site's lone page, and you could purchase and/or customize the links with colors, fonts, etc. Then, your keyword would be linked to your own website.

35 grand in three days! That's what the site netted Joel, after his launch (which consisted of sending emails to a subscriber list of only 5,000).

Here's the kicker: there are TONS of niche site ideas that will likely prove equally hot. Joel has random words on his site. Imagine homing in on arts and crafters, gamers, collectors, or any of hundreds of other groups.

What Joel is offering is the software that handles the process.

He is offering it to a limited number of early subscribers, then the door is shut, so to speak.
