    if you have a high blood pressure and then you lower it by cleaning up your diet. would you still be at high risk of stroke or heart attack.

    My daughter is 51. Her weight is normal. She eats a healthy diet. Does exersise.
    Her pressure is high. What else can she do to lower it naturally.
