Math Baseball

When I was in school, the one subject that I HATED was math. There just wasn't anything the least bit interesting about putting numbers together, taking them away, etc. etc.

Well, had the internet been around way back in the 60's and 70's, I might have taken a little better to arithmetic with a little help from Math Baseball!

Today's FamilyFirst site makes it fun for kids to solve math problems. By doing so, they score hits! The tougher the problem, the more “bases” a correct answer is worth.

You select your problem difficulty. Then you “swing.” Be careful, though. Three outs, and the game is over.

There is a two-player mode, as well. That should make for some intense competition!
