    I downloaded and purchased PC Rescue. The laptop I was using is being exchanged by Dell for a new one.

    Can I access the software from my new laptop.

    The first laptop is being wiped clean and returned to Dell.

    I purchased PC Rescue from Healthy Computer Club on November 6, 2006. They sent me a license number which will not unlock the program. The download site stated that they would e-mail a registration number, cut I did not get one.

    I bought PC Rescue a while back, had to format my C drive so on reinstalling it i get the following message;
    Run-time Error '339': Component 'xzipper30.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid.
    I've asked this question via the PC Rescue email given to me, said they would respond in 48 hrs but they don't answer and nor does this site...what next?
    I'm on XP so why is there a problem please, there wasn't before?

    I bought PC Rescue in December 2006. To date, I have not received an activation key. MY many emails have gone ignored. The program will run, show a number of errors, but won;t repair anything. Also, it stops scaning external IOMega Hard drives before finishing.

    I cannot contact the Healthy Computer Club because they have no phone or address.

    WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK !!!!!!

    I hightly recommend that no one ever buy this software. Its a rip off.
