The site is called Safemedication.com, and is a site that is devoted to helping the consumer find out about using your medications safely and wisely. This is accomplished by using a search engine that all you need to do is enter the drug's name. Harvey Diamond, the author of Fit For Life, has written a great book on the connection between Fibromyalgia, Lupus and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Its called (appropriately) The Fibromyalgia / Lupus / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Connection. I downloaded it from his website, http://www.fitforlifetime.com. I'm following his advice from the book and I already feel better.
I think self medication is not good because some time we don't understand our disease and we take not right medicine. So always concern our physician first.
