It's difficult for me to believe that Star Wars has been around for thirty years!

The year that your author graduated from high school, a movie was released that was part science fiction (more fiction than science) and part cowboys and Indians.

We all knew one thing for sure, though. We universally loved it.

And all these years later, we are still crazy about the whoile Star Wars phenomenon.

Today's FamilyFirst pick is Star Wars United: Where Star wars Fans Unite.

It's a mega-discussion board where you can passionately plead your case that the Ewoks weren't THAT bad, that Jar-Jar Binks was even worse than bad, and that the whole Luke likes Leia thing was pretty creepy.

Or, you can join in discussions about which Darth had the most potential to do harm, who was the hottest SW babe (my vote goes to Natalie!), or the identities of the Lost Twenty.
