Sudoku Puzzles Online

Have you tried sudoku yet? I have to warn you, it's gonna addict you!
Sudoku, or su doku, is a numeric puzzle that doesn't require mathematical knowledge. Instead, it is more of an exercise in logic.
The idea, in case you didn't know, is to fill a nine by nine square that is itself divided into three by three squares. So you end up with three rows of squares, and three columns.
Now's where it gets dicey. You have to fill in each 3x3 square with the numbers 1 through 9. Each number must appear ONCE in each row across, and ONCE in each column up and down.
Some of the numbers are filled in for you already. You fill in the rest.
Trust me, it's challenging. And it's also addictive!
The site runs in ActiveX, so bring your Internet Explorer.
Just click on the boxes and type in your numbers. Once it's all filled, click the submit button to check your work. Errors will show up in red.
You can also print puzzles off. That way you can sit and work them on the bus, train, doctor's waiting room, etc.
So enjoy today's FamilyFirst site. It won't solve any of the world's problems, but it will give you a nice little diversion to take your mind off of the world's problems. ;-)
