Take the Green IQ Quiz
February 15, 2008
So, how green are you?
Being green doesn't mean hugging trees, or forgoing baths to save water, or wearing clothes made from dried plants. Being green is simply being environmentally conscious, and making decisions with the environment in mind.
That's what GreenIQ is all about.
They have a quiz, which is today's FamilyFirst pick, which will speak volumes about just how green you are.
Never heard of GreenIQ? Here's their mission:
GreenIQ believes that you don't have to hug trees to support them. The big picture behind GreenIQ is your, my, our, our children and our grandchildren's future. You need GreenIQ if you are inclined in any way to:* Breathe air that is tainted with less smog.
* Feel refreshed and revitalized when traveling for business or pleasure.
* Swim in unpolluted oceans and rivers.
* Eat clean food that isn't filled with pesticides proven to be cancer-causing.
* Wear clothes that are not contaminated with chemicals.
* Leave something truly worthwhile to your kids- a planet that isn't about to die.
So take the test and see if you can't become more environmentally aware, even just a little bit!

Far from knowing about Green IQ, many people would not know much about what being green is all about. Anyway, this is a good way to make people more aware of the environmental issues that we face today. Hope more people come to know about it and take it more seriously. At the Climatarians directory, we get people together who are interested in ecological issues, in order to make a lasting impact on our environment.
