The Logo Game

The Logo Game

One thing's for certain. No matter how old you are, you grew up with advertising.

Ancient ruins prove advertising is as old as human society itself. And the business is thriving more today than it ever has. We've all been exposed to corporate logos over and over again.

So, how good do you think you would be at guessing logos from a fragment?

That's what today's FamilyFirst site is all about. It's called The logo Game. Here's how it works, in their own words:

The object of LogoGame is to guess the company, or organization a logo clip belongs to. Players will be able to enter their guesses, and check their validity for each clip. When I player guesses all 26 names correctly for that game, they can enter their name into the hall of fame to boast their achievement to other players who have yet to guess all correctly.

They have an innovative way to make a buck. If you are completely stumped, and just HAVE to know what a logo's company is, it'll cost you a buck.

I' gave it a try. I was drawn to a particular product I happen to enjoy: beer.

The 26 beer logos included some slam-dunks (Coors, Bud, Miller), as well as some real obscurities. I noticed a blast from the past (Billy), and a whole lot of brands I thought I knew, but didn't!

Other categories include Guitars, Fast Food, Colleges, Clothing, and many more.

See if you can make the Hall of Fame. Make all those hours of commercials you watched pay off!
