The Pen Phone

When it comes to cell phones, there are two camps: pro and con. Not too many folks are ambivalent about the nefarious, intrusive, despicable devices.

Whoops, I guess i just revealed my stance, didn't I?

Well, I still carry one, because I consider it a necessary evil. It's a business phone, so I get to write it off. But I still hate it.

Maybe that's because it's not the size of an ink pen.

Today's FamilyFirst pick is a Gizmodo entry on a pen-sized cell phone.

The phone is 8.7 inches long.

While most users would likely use a Bluetooth headset with it, it also appears to be designed to be used in that capacity all by itself.

The whole idea is a bit mystical because the submitted entry is not yet available for sale. It's a shot of a prototype being developed by *someone*.
