The Surrealist

Today's FamilyFirst site may well make no sense to you at all. If so, it has accomplished its mission.

Salvador Dali may well have snorted at it as a pretender. But it tries, and that's all that is important.

Withering rocks disdain unsanctimonious sunsets.

Sorry, am I not making sense? I'm just trying to get you ready for our site today: The Surrealist.

Surrealism almost makes sense. It's the way it just barely falls short that makes it intriguing.

Today's site is loaded with random generators of various sorts so that you can create your own surrealist statements. Examples:

A spammer needs a good name to attract attention. If I was to get into the spamming business, I would need to change mine to . . . Factor J. Acknowledgeable! That's the name generated by the spammer name generator at the site.

Other generators create bad jokes, false acronyms, middle names, etc. The teen slang translator will tell you what your kids would be saying if they were surrealistic. And the exquisite corpses are nice examples of genuine surrealist art.

Enjoy today's slightly whacked site. Perhaps we'll be back to normal tomorrow, if the overhanging prairie dogs release their darts on time.
