Hi everyone, my name is Elise. I am an avid reader of the harry potter books and just recently finished the 6th book. I am hoping to someday talk and get to know daniel, emma,and rupert. I know most would think of me as a young girl with a big dream that I'm hoping to make a reality. I think I figured out what one of the horcruxes are! It really makes sense once you think about it! Godric Gryffindor's sword is one! Because Dumbledore tells Harry that one of them is either from ravenclaw or gryffindor! JKR also mentioned once that the sword would be important in upcoming books!

I doubt that anyone else would get them here or anywhere else. If I knew them personally and had their email addresses, I wouldnt give them out to fans! I think it should be private to them. So dont rant and rave about it!

Now that filming for GOF has finished, I decided I’d have a look to see what my loyal fans have been saying about me while I’ve been busy. I’ve noticed that the main topics for discussion are: 1. My email address, 2. If I have a girlfriend.
Regarding email, I have different email addresses for different purposes. For instance, if I wanted to mail one of my personal friends (i.e. Danny or Ginger) then I’d use a certain address. For fans, I have an address too. As someone said on here, quite rightly, I don’t mind fans emailing me, though I do ask that you keep it short so I don’t have to make my reply a novel! Unfortunately, the email addresses given on here are not accurate so anybody emailing those won’t have reached me. I’m really sorry about this and would firstly like to say I appreciate your emails even though I never got to read them. Hopefully, you won’t have forgotten what was said in them! If you would like to contact me, whether it be about acting, the films I’ve been in or just general conversation, I’d like you to use my new yahoo address which is taf_fanmail@yahoo.co.uk This is the first email address I have made just for fans. I can’t promise I will be able to reply quickly to all emails but I’ll try! Earlier this morning I received a letter from Dan's father regarding an incident that just recently happened. For those of you who believe you are talking to Dan via e-mail or online chats, please understand that you are NOT. Dan NEVER corresponds to anyone online. If someone tells you they are Daniel they are LYING. There are no exceptions. People can be quite convincing, but I assure you, Dan does NOT chat with fans or e-mail them.
Please read the letter I received from his father below so you may better understand why he does NOT ever correspond with fans online:
Dear Jenna and Page
In the light of an unfortunate incident which happened at our home yesterday I would be grateful if you could post the following message from us.
We received several calls at our home during the morning from a girl who had travelled from Chile to meet Dan. When we explained that this was not possible she became upset. Later in the day, when Marcia and I were leaving our house the girl and her mother appeared asking again to see Dan - again we said he wasnt there and we don't encourage visitors to our house which is strictly private.
Again, the girl became very upset and distressed - and this is where it became very worrying for us as Dan's parents on behalf of Daniel's fans. She presented us with 2 emails from someone pretending to be Daniel who said they were hoping to see her in London. Daniel has said this in his newsletters and I must reiterate do not respond to anyone saying they are Daniel and certainly never travel to London to see him on the strength of a very dubious email.
Daniel never communicates with fans via the internet or email for this very reason - he doesn't want anyone to be duped into corresponding with someone pretending to be him. For his fans' sake and safety there are no exceptions to this rule and anyone claiming to be Daniel Radcliffe is, I'm afraid, lying.
We felt extremely upset that this girl had been tricked in this way PLEASE don't let it happen to anyone else.
Any help you can give us on this matter to protect Dan's fans will be very welcome.

I feel horrible for the poor girl tricked into thinking she was talking to daniel. I recieved some emails from an impersonator so I know how it feels to some extent. It's almost easy to tell an imposter though because of what they say to make you believe it's really them. Like in an email he said "I love you and I care for you" and one, that was just weird and two, no one would say that to someone they haven't even met before. So just watch out for those sick people who find it amusing to toy with people's emotions.

Hi guys and girls I think it is very sweet of you to come here and support your fave actors and all. And the best way to have contact with them is to do so how they individually ask you to. If they want to do the letter way then do it that way, if they have a specific site the want you to email them at the do it that would be your best chnce of getting a responce and please remember these guys have thousands of people all trying to do the same thing so it may take some time for them to respond, but these are decent kids and I'm sure they'll try their best to respond.
As for you few JERKs out there just being plain rude to the people on this site if you have nothing nice to say you should find something more productive to do with your time...I mean honestly to come on here just to make some rude comment or to mock these kids...you are the ones that need to get a life.
These guys knew from the 1st Harry Potter movie they did that they were a huge success and I am sure they knew they would be dealing with fans and the basic fan demands, if they minded they wouldn't have made ways for their fans to contact them.
Anyway, I don't have a specific fave I think all of the cast did an excelent job and of course the story writter had alot to do with it, along with the producer, together as a tream they brought 4 very wonderful movies to our viewing pleasure. I was reluctant to let my son watch a movie about witchcraft that involved kids but they story base still keeps it innocent and playful even with it's dark side. It is all so clever the special effects, the moving staircases...AWESOME! Simply AWESOME!!!
I noticed there was an unclear end in the forth is it safe to say we should expect a 5th? I sure hope so.
I must confess I didn't get to see the last one in the theaters I actually just rented it for me and my kids this weekend and I think we have watched it at least 5 times so far...
YOU all are doing a great job and to see you all growing up from young kids to fine young adults makes me pround and not at all worried to let my son idolize you.
