Most of us deal with customers of one sort or another. The guy running the cash register gets the brunt of the customer, but even a programmer geek like me has to customize work for others.
And obviously, we need to do our bts to please our customers.
However, one thing is for sure. The customer is NOT always right. And any boss who insists that that is the case is out of line.
That's because some customers are psychopathic misanthropes.
And the person who has to deal with them frequently has to suck it up and put up with their foolishness.
