He's the Man. The Stud. The soon-to-be-proclaimed World's Greatest Golfer in History. And he just won the Fed Ex Cup.
Of the entire world's population, I'm guessing that a majority has at least heard of Tiger Woods. And for good reason. He is the greatest in the game right now, and will be acknowledged as the greatest in history once he passes my all-time favorite golfer Jack Nicklaus's record of most majors won in a career.
My guess is it will take three-four years. But barring disaster, there's no doubt that he will do it.
What a time to be alive. I have personally experienced watching the greatest hockey player in history (Gretzky, of course), the greatest baseball turnaround ever (the Amazin' Mets of 1969), the greatest golfer's career, and now, the incredibly talented gentleman who will dethrone him, no doubt with mutual dignity and admiration.
True, there are some sleazeballs in the sporting world, for sure. But my idealist side like to hope that for every Barry Bonds or Terrell Owens, there is also a Tiger Woods.
Win many, many more, great one.

I would like to comment on Tiger's Official "Tiger Club" website. I logged on about a year ago and went back several times but it did not recognize my password so I clicked on forgot password 5 different times since then and have not heard a word from anyone. I have tried re-registering but it prompts me that my email is already in the system but yet I can't retrieve my password.

Tiger will soon be playing on another golf course prepared by a SUNY Cobleskill graduate. What is common about Shimmecock Hills, Beth Page, Oak Hills and Atunyote Golf course. They all have supers from Cobleskill. Even Southern Hills adn Qual Hollow use the expertize from Cobleskill. Would Tiger like to see the place that prepares these people to get courses ready for him. He will be in upstate NY maybe a visit is possible!!!

Barry Bonds is a great athlete one of the best hitters ever in the history of the game, yes he is acts like a Jerk most of the times, but his talent is undeniable T.O. also is a fabulous player, one of the best ever too, you can question their attitudes but certainly not their talent or what they have done in their respective sport.
Tiger; I first saw you play on the first Sunday in June, 1986, at Arrowhead C/C in San Bernardino, Californi; as a 10 year old, with your mom and dad standing on the side,you played 9 holes, and won the 10 year old division; you came back every year until 14, when you won the overall title, shooting 67 from the men's tees. dt was a pleasure to watch.
YOu have developed into the best golfer ever, but I have noticed a major change in your demeanor over the last few years, culminating with the club bouncing incident in Australia last week, which I am sure, if your dad had been here, would not have happened. I suggest you review your actions amd your language, as your current demeanor is not in your best interests, not what your dad taught you, not what the kids should see, and not representative of the world's best.
I hope you take this for the reason it is sent; you are the best ever, I love watching you, and want you to always be a role model for the youngsters that participate in the 1st Tee, and what would make your dad and mom proud.

I find it MORE THAN DISGUSTING..that there are so many derogatory eml's flipping thru 'cyber-space'depicting various pic's & (bad jokes)..'just' because a guy is 'human' (proved over and over again). Y'all think this is just what a 'guy' does..then you are really 'ignorant'..or just plain STUPID. I am a woman...and have personally seen 'my gender'do the same and often worse. As in:::What do you think of the gals that were 'messing' with Tiger..knowing full well that he was a married man? What does that make the women out to be? The dude has been snakin around on his wife for years. The sheeple public will soon forget. Then again, they're sheep what does one expect?
Not saying what Tiger did was right. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes or anyone else in the eye of the news. You can't sneeze without it being recorded. You say the wrong thing and it will drag out for months.Years depending what is said. He is no different than any man I have met. He is human just like you and I. He just makes more money. What he does or did is his personal business. It does not effect the public in any way. It takes two to tangle. Those who did tangle just want a piece of the spotlight. Why give it to them. Let him lead his life. Those who think I am wrong maybe they are perfect and have no secrets. But if you did would you want them aired for the world to hear. I haven't met a perfect person yet. We all make mistakes.
Guess its going to be a while for these kind of kinds to get over. Anyway, I just hope to see Tiger keeps doing what he is good at in golf. Go break those records that he is already on course. We just don't have the time to wait for another golfer to start the record breaking chase again.
Just look at him as a sensational personality the golfing world has produced. As one of the millions out there, I want these morality bullshit be put aside. He is not the Pope anyway.

I am an older lady who has been married for 45 years to the same wonderful gentle kind loving man.When we were younger my hubby had a couple infidelity issues, he was honest with me and obviously we worked through them for our sakes and our 3 children, and I could not be happier for the choices I made.
Tiger is a phenominal golfer, however being so high profile
he will be scrutinized more for his personal actions.
I guess what I am trying to say is we have to have forgiveness and redemption in our hearts.He is human after all and deserves that, at least.This tabloid junk is disgusting.So sad the almighty $ means more than personal integrity...these people do not even have the decency to think of his sweet children and wife in this scenario, and how badly it will hurt them.
The world should not beat up on him so badly.I am quite sure Tiger is doing more than his share of that on himself.

I hope you get this message. I don't know if you have ever spoken to jehovahs witnesses but I want to tell you that there is a book that is published called the secret to family happiness. If you want a copy just call the local kingdom hall of Jehovah witnesses. Look this up psalms 1:1-3 and with this scripture and jesus ransom and accurate knowledge of god will you can achieve family happiness.

This is what happens when people forget that celebrities are just humans that get paid very well and get special treatment. Tiger wasn't doing anything any different than most pro atheletes that are on the road have been since the beginning of sports. People get over it and let HIS family deal with it but I guess it makes our own problems seem small comapred to his. We like him because of what he can do with a golf club and how he makes a rather boring game to non players look exciting. So as golfer he is #1 as a husband and father let his wife give the ranking. Tiger the longer you stay away the worse it gets. Face the wrath of the people that line your pockets and let the healing begin.
