Truemors

Heard any good truemors?
What, never heard of a truemor?
Well, let the website itself do the explaining:
The purpose of Truemors is to democratize information. We made it so that people don’t need to be a journalist or even run a web site or blog to “tell the world.” Think of Truemors as a friction-free news site. Incidentally, posting a truemor and using our web site means that you’ve agreed to our Terms of Use.
A truemor is a snippet of interesting, provocative information. I say snippet because they are limited to 350 characters. And they are easy to post. You can use an online form, send a text message, send an email, or even make a phone call.
Apparently, the site is vigilantly maintained. It would have to be, because a captcha-free web form is an open invite to spambots. Yet there's nary a spam, just lots of fascinatin' little articles that will hook you like heroin.
I've spent about an hour reading articles instead of writing, ferpetesake!
So pop in to Truemos and see what's hot, interesting, or just plain crazy.
