Ugly Mailboxes

Almost all of us have some sort of receptacle that allows us to receive mail.

Most of these are nondescript.

Perhaps a slot in the door, or a modest receptacle hanging on the house, or maybe you have one like mine: the classic rounded-top aluminium model with the red flag that raises indicating mail needing to be picked up.

Then, there are the creative versions.

Some individuals choose the genre of mailboxes to express their creativity.

And sometimes, the results are UGLY!

There are some seriously ugly mailboxes to be seen here, that's for sure!

Then again, some are simply "awwwww..." cute.
