Was the Apollo Moon Landing Fake?
May 22, 2007
I am very amused with the folks who are religiously opposed to the idea that we landed on the moon in 1969. I mean, these guys take this stuff seriously!
My favorite line from my all-time favorite hi-tech movie, Sneakers, is when Mother tells Bishop "O.K., boss, this LTX-27 concealable mike is part of the same system that NASA used when they faked the Apollo moon landings."
Just how zealous are the faked-moon-laning folks? Well, check out today's FamilyFirst offering: Was the Apollo Moon Landing Fake?
I really like this guy. He doesn't take himself too seriously. Check out his intro:
According to DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, the most important film of its kind since Oliver Stone's JFK - or since Rob Reiner's This is Spinal Tap, at any rate - images of Neil Armstrong's walk on the moon on July 20, 1969 were shown to the world through the lens of master film-maker Stanley Kubrick and were staged on the same Borehamwood, U.K., soundstage where Kubrick made his landmark film, 2001: A Space Odyssey.
You'll marvel at the arguments presented showing why man could not possibly have pulled this off. And, again to his credit, he publishes responses from individuals that seem to pretty well debunk his arguments.
Have fun, and remember, never take yourself too seriously.
